Each session is designed to build confidence and real game skills. Players move through a structured workout that includes:
- Dynamic warm-up and movement prep
- Ball handling, finishing, and shooting development
- 2-3 player actions (give-and-go, drive-and-kick, screen reads, off ball movement)
- Competitive live play to apply skills in game situations
- Large group workouts will include 3 on 3 game play
Our goal is simple: help athletes improve their skills, confidence, and decision-making on the court.
DYLBBALL memberships give athletes consistent training throughout the month.
Large Group Memberships: $150/month
+ Up to 15 athletes per session
+ Two workouts per week - 8 credits/month
Small Group Memberships: $250 -$360/month
+ 3-4 athletes per session
+ Starter Membership 4 sessions/month
+ Pro Membership 8 sessions/month
Memberships ensure players receive consistent reps and development over time, which is the key to improvement.

Getting started with DYLBBALL is simple.
1. Fill out the New Athlete Form on our website.
2. After submitting the form, Coach San will personally reach out to learn more about your athlete's goals, experience level, and schedule.
3. As a thank you for completing the form, your athlete will receive one complimentary Large Group workout credit to experience a DYLBBALL training session.
This process helps us place every athlete in the right training environment for their development.
Spots are limited to keep sessions effective, so we recommend submitting the form early to secure your athlete's trial workout.

DYLBBALL works with athletes at different skill levels.
Our workouts are designed to challenge experienced players while still helping beginners build confidence and strong fundamentals.
Because we cap sessions to keep them structured and organized, every athlete receives guidance and plenty of repetitions.

While our Large Group workouts include up to 15 athletes, sessions are structured to ensure every player stays engaged and receives feedback.
Players rotate through drills, skill work, and small-sided actions so they are consistently active and learning through live reps within the session.
For athletes looking for even more personalized development, DYLBBALL also offers Small Group Training with only 3 - 4 athletes per session.
