We're creating a space where girls build confidence, sharpen their instincts, develop their game, and stay ready through officiated 3-on-3 gameplay. Whether she's just getting started or already loves to hoop, The Bridge 3-On-3 Hoops gives her a place to grow, compete, and find her people.

This isn't just open gym or regular league play! Our programming was designed to let our girls PLAY without the pressure-based winning culture. We want our players to show up for elite training and mentorship, get real reps, make plays, compete, and have fun doing it.

Access all The Bridge runs, RSVPs, and updates. This is where everything lives your baller card, your runs, and your access to the community. Stay connected, stay ready, and never miss your next run.
Create Your Baller Card
Your level of play determines which runs you can RSVP for, so make sure your info is accurate. This helps us create the best matchups and experience for everyone on the court. You only get better when you're challenged.
Book Your Spot
Search for "The Bridge 3-on-3 Hoops" inside the Run N' Shoot app, browse available runs, read up on what to expect and reserve your spot. Once you RSVP, you're locked in for the next run.
FOUNDER AND COACH MENTOR
LASANDRA "SAN" DIXON
LaSandra "San" Dixon was born at General Hospital in LA and grew up in Azusa, CA. She was always a sports-minded kid but developed a passion for basketball. She went to Azusa High School and attended San Diego State University in 2005 and graduated with her Bachelor's in Liberal Arts in 2009.
LaSandra became known as Coach San in San Diego and throughout Los Angeles, which also serves as the home of Defend Your Legacy Basketball. Coach San has always been deeply rooted in giving back to her community and uses basketball as a tool to inspire, motivate, and develop players one bounce at a time.
She is the founder and head trainer of Defend Your Legacy Basketball (DYLBBALL). By the summer of 2014, San started working with Nike Los Angeles, where she served as the lead female trainer for the Jr. Drew League and Kobe Bryant's Mamba League.

talk about how the bridge will host large group workouts for players 10-13 years old. host 3 on 3 open runs for HS and women. host uic league at the bridge!
uic also host quarterly community events: coat giveaway, parent/kid clinic, back to school clinic, xmas event.
the girls program willl run consistentantly year around with sessions based on IHS curriculum and include a dual development sessions where players train for half and play the bridge 3 on 3 hoops to end the session.
By 2017, she was the Jr. Sparks Clinic Director where she helped increase girls' participation from 300 to 1,400 participants by 2019. She has work alongside some of the greatest minds and Legends of the game from Kobe Bryant, Derrick Fischer, and Breanna Stewart as the lead clinician for her Stewie 30 Elite Camp.
San continues her work with JumpmanLA and Nike Los Angeles as a ChangeMaker, Sport Impact Leader, and is currently on tour as the lead clinician with Dicks Sporting Goods and Nike for It's Her Shot Campaign since 2021.
In the Winter of 2025 she became the Player Development Coach for Mist BC, who end up being crowned Champions of Unrivaled season 2.

Basketball in its purest form is learned and loved on street courts.
In fact, professional players often credit their time on community courts for giving them their start in the game.
But for girls, streetball courts aren't always welcoming, and the chance for unstructured play is not always encouraged or celebrated.
That's why DICK'S Sporting Goods and Nike joined forces and engaged athletes, legends, influencers and coaches to host It's Her Shot a multi-event series that inspires and encourages girls to take their rightful place on the court.
Now in its fifth season, it's her shot focuses on empowerment, inspiration, and play helping girls and young women discover and continue their love of the game as a community.
